User Research Highlights from Asurion

One exciting initiative I led at Asurion was founding the “User Research Tiger Team,” a group of talented individuals dedicated to empowering product teams to better understand their customers and uncover opportunities through research methodologies. This team was created to address the lack of user research support within the company. It has been a deeply rewarding experience—not only was I able to assist others and lead a group, but I also honed my skillset while helping to answer important questions and drive insights.
